Clan Hierarchy Changes Review

Hey guys! Back in July, we decided to try two changes to the clan hierarchies: shift to communal apprentice training in SunClan and allow EarthClan to have up to four medicine cat apprentices at a time. From here, we have three options: we could revert to the original hierarchies, we could maintain the changes for another three months, then review them again at the end of this period, or we could make the changes permanent. What we decide to do for one does not have to be what we decide for the others. For instance, we could return to traditional mentor-apprentice pairings in SunClan but renew the medicine cat apprentices in EarthClan for another three months.

I have created a poll where members can vote for what they believe we should do with each of these changes, but this poll won’t open until next week in order for us to have a little while to discuss the change before we make a decision about it. To that end, please post below with your thoughts. Have they accomplished their stated goal? Do they help distinguish the clans from each other or do they add an unnecessary complication to the already-intricate clan hierarchies? Have we given them long enough to have an effect, granted that this trial period has also been marked with less activity than usual?
