Hello everyone! As we rebuild our member base after the Webs glitches that prevented registration followed by the move to our new Wix website, member recruitment and retention has been on the front of my mind these past few weeks. To that end, I’ve created a survey to help me understand how members are finding the website, why they chose to join, why they chose to stay, and what areas need the most improvement in terms of recruiting long-term members.
As in earlier surveys, this survey is totally anonymous and you can skip over any questions that you are uncomfortable with answering. I have included a question at the bottom asking whether you’re comfortable with your responses being shared with the moderators. If you hit yes, your responses will be shared, if you click no, only I will see your responses. I have also included an “other” option where you can specify if you’d like some, but not all, of your responses to be shared.
