You've may have noticed that the rules have changed again, it looks like a lot but don't worry. For the most part I just reorganised and reworded them to make them more clear and added rules about the art page and character adoptions. I know that I've been changing them a lot recently, I'm sorry, this is probably the last time I will need to for a while.
Aside from reorganising them and putting all of the rules on the homepage rather than scattered around the site, I did make a few more major changes:
Cats in the same clan can have the same prefix now, there are so many characters now that the old rule was making naming characters very difficult.
You no longer need to ask before creating a medicine cat.
